There comes a time in your life when you need to remember that you rule your own world. You have to do what is right for you and not others. Others will tell you what you can and can't do, but it's up to you to know what you want and will do.
There will be times when you feel as if you can't do it, but guess what??? You can! Just know there is always someone going through something worse than you and surviving. As long as you believe in yourself others will believe in you. It's as simple as that.
Everyone enjoy your night and get some rest. I'll see you all tomorrow
"If life knocks you down, try to land on your back. Because if you can look up, you can get up. And if you get up, you can stand up. And if you stand up, you can fight for your dream once again. You have something special. You have GREATNESS within you!!"
Have you ever had an ex wife? No not the one that changes your marital status. The ex-wife is a type of total body rollout massage. Well things to my brother @kyle_kl1 introduced me to a new best kept secret… My ex-wife…
The ex-wife not only stretches muscles and tendons but it also breaks down soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue. By using a weighted roller usually 130lb, but in this case an 80lb kettlebell you can have a massage or myofascial release, break up trigger points, and soothe tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. Also you forcing your muscles to get stronger by having to resist the weight.
Based on my experience with this by far is a lot more painful than being sore and rolling yourself out of the foam roller or even in the deep tissue massage. This type of weighted roll out will bring any grown man to his knees especially if you don't stretch. Trust me I seen it. At one point because my quads were a little tight they started to cramp up when it was resisting the weight on my quads. And I don't even want to talk about how he feels on the shin... Okay just imagine, you're chasing you little sibling around the house and BAMMNM💢💢💢!!! You hit your shin on the coffee table... Now times that's by 3... NO EXAGGERATION... This is something new that will be adding to my weekly regimen of stretching and massage therapy… I'll keep you posted on my journey and my progress from this…
If you looking to try this get any sports training 👣 follow my bro @kyle_kl1 is by far one of the youngest and smartest guys in this industry that I've met.
Well back to resting up for this new work week. Make sure you're resting, hydrating, and fueling your body this evening world.

"Worrying about what others do isn't motivating you, it's driving them" ~ToneChat1211
Do what you're doing because it's making you better than you were yesterday... Worrying about others is just a waste of brain waves
Man my big bro couldn't have said it any better!!! Tell all the naysayers to chill and let you be great... It's not your fault that they are worrying about you and others while sitting around... We have bigger and better thing to do.... By @big_ty_russ via @RepostWhiz app:
When people say "let your haters be your motivators", I never understood that. I can't get motivated by someone with the haters mindset.
So what's my best advice when it comes with dealing with the haters?
Simple as that!
Anyone trying to stand in your way of progress and growth, in my opinion, is nothing more than a hater! Positive people love to see other positive people shinning. It's the Law of the Universe!
Visualize this picture in your mind whenever your haters show up. Continue to work toward progress and mentally knock out anyone standing in the way of you accomplishing your goals and dreams.
Good Day To All.

There's no limits to what you can achieve... Reach as high as you can, because the world is within your reach, you just have to want it bad enough... So how bad do you want it??? That's totally up to you, not anyone else... So think big and out of this world... Because I believe in you, and that's 💯... I hope you all have a great day... Make sure whatever you're doing today, #gohard at it 💪🏾👊🏽!!!

Today was the day, thy legs were made... Finished off leg day with squats... But decided to finish it off with some 135lb squats for a 25 reps. It's not always about the weight, it's about the mind and muscle connection... But this time I was exhausted and really wanted to focus on my form and my muscle contraction... Hope everyone has a wonderful and safe weekend...
Had an amazing chest workout today with the crew... @big_ty_russ and myself hit some new highs and are getting stronger consistently... It's not always about the goal setting, to us it's about pushing yourself to the max and staying consistent... Here's a little bit of what was accomplished today, not all but a little... Incline bench press
135 x 15
185 x 12
315 x 5
225 x 10
Chest Press Machine/push ups
230 x 12/20
270 x 10/15
305 x 8/10
Pec Deck Fly (FST-7)

FYI: the boonie cap was an accident, I got a little hype about today's workout and forgot to take it off... S/O to @everythingchrist_25 for the motivation #bonniecapgang
Took a trip to #RunyonCanyon while on my vacation. And I have to say, this is what life is about. We have to live life to the fullest and experience everything we can at any given moment. F*** what the world has to say, live your life by your standards... They're your memories!!!
"A teachable spirit and a humbleness to admit your ignorance or your mistake will save you a lot of pain. However, if you're a person who knows it all, then you've got a lot of heavy-hearted experiences coming your way."
~Ron Carpenter Jr.
As we go through these paces that we call life, we sit down and look back and reflect on past decisions. There will be a lot of things that we may call "missed opportunities." But we're they really missed opportunities or was it bad timing? No matter what happens don't look at any of your decisions as bad choices or missed opportunities. Its a reason for everything not because you were scared or not because you didn't want to do it, it was just a reason that it wasn't appropriate at that time. But if those so-called missed opportunities are bothering you, then the next time they pop up best assure you better take it. You never know if you'll be granted a second chance, or any other opportunity. Just some food for thought people have a great weekend be safe out there.
Words alone cannot express how I feel at this moment. I'm happy to say that my older brother on his way to join in the world's greatest Air Force. I'm glad to see that he has finally accepting a new challenge in his life. This maybe one of the hardest choices but one of the greatest sacrifices I have ever seen this man make. Although I know he's about to go through and know what you may endure while away, I will miss him. Today will be a new step in a new direction for my brother. I wish you the best of luck and I'll see you soon...
Today was a very disrespectful day. I would like to apologize to my legs for the physical abuse that I just put you through. Who in the right mind lift heavy legs on a weekend. I guess @big_ty_russ and myself just set the bar higher. We set a new PR today on the leg press we both pressed 1200.5 lbs (24-45lb plates and a 2.5lb plate hidden in the back of the sled) on the leg press for a total of 21 reps. Not only did we do this we also did front squats before the man versus weight challenge happened. I wouldn't say we were ego lifting but I would say it was friendly competition. It's not too often that I challenge Ty, but today was one of them days I really wanted to push him to his max. But I can't quite say it was his max because we both did 21 reps as previously stated. There's nothing wrong with friendly competition with your with friends as long as you're being safe and using correct precautions. It was fun while it lasted but I know both of us will regret this tomorrow. Give yourself a little challenge and switch your leg day to a day that you usually don't do it. Enjoy the rest your weekend everyone and GoHard at whatever you're doing for the rest of the weekend. Much peace, love and happiness everyone.
Disclaimer: for those who want to critique my form, it's kind of hard for me to grab the handle to because my arms are short. I have to kind of lean so I can unlatch the machine. But based on The great words of Dorian Yates, He said that going more than 90° on the leg press causes your butt to lift and put strain on your lower back. That's why you see that I only go to 90° or slightly less. It allows me to keep constant pressure on my quads which we working today.
No rest is worth anything except the rest that is earned. With that being said, today's my rest day. No way did I do a military TDY, I bust my behind every single day in the gym also. There's no excuses.
Disclaimer: these are EZ bar front Delt raises. The objective of this motion is to keep the body as erect as possible, and you want to keep your arms slightly bent and you want to lift the bar from your waist to parallel with the ground. Some may have the flexibility to go higher but the objective is to wait that you can control on the positive let alone the negative. With this movement you really want to focus on the mine muscle connection you want to try to isolate and focus on the front Delts as much as possible while keeping your core tight. Add these to your shoulder workouts to absolutely destroy the front Delts.
