Went to the beach after the rain had passed and saw this beautiful lightning storm over the ocean! After seeing this one, I turned to @brooklynspeaks in excitement, only to see her hair sticking straight up! Yeah..we left pretty quickly after that.
When I caught my first wave I knew I wanted surfing to be apart of my life forever. I dreamed of being able to teach people to surf while also being able to love and encourage them in the process. With the ultimate dream of that small business being able to fund missions opportunities to be able to teach surfing and love the poor in the process. This is a huge step and risk for me to go after my dream; knowing I'll make many mistakes along the way, but with the knowledge that it's always a good time to go after something you long for and believe in. SO! All that to say, if you want to join me on this crazy journey there is a Twitter, Instagram and a Facebook account. Follow @effektsurf to find out more.
Today was a sad day in saying goodbye to my ole faithfuls. They've seen many skateboards, countries, beaches, and road trips. They lasted me since 8th grade and always were my go-to pair. Was time to part ways today...bye guys.. 👋😭
This lady right here is my best friend, mentor and the funniest, most compassionate, passionate, childlike, strongest, Jesus loving, most beautiful person I know! Incredibly thankful for her and the impact she's had on my life.
This blessed me so much. Went to hand out free waters to some vendors and folks walking around town for the quilt show. One of the awesome guys who received a water was selling these really cool carved pieces of art! He gave me one for free!!
#myfuturetimehop// My collage:
1. Seize this new adventure/season
2. Try to remain as stoked/thankful for life as I can be...no matter what the circumstances may be.
3. Get dreadlocks :) 4. Do more of the things I love (surfing, skating, kayaking, swimming, soccer, painting..whatever)
5. Continue to aim for a healthier lifestyle (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually) & challenge myself to achieve my fitness goals.
6. Eat healthier
7. Remain childlike
