From hating myself to accepting who I am, with my qualities and flaws. With my strengths and weaknesses (because we are all humans, therefore mortals). I have come a LOOOONG way...! People tend to think that loosing weight is tough. Absolutely NO DOUBT about it!
But let's talk about GAINING WEIGTH and keep it, shall we?
Well.. It is f****n HARD too! Especially for an ectomorph girl like me that used to be anorexic and bulimic weighin 127 lbs for 6ft. So please. Before hating or leaving any disrespectful or negative comment on this page (that will be deleted), look at yourself in the mirror, and think about how stupid and ignorant you look like by judging people you don't even know.
Having lean natural muscles for a girl is a lot work, patience, discipline, tears, and pain. Yes I am not gonna lie, to get where I am today has been a huge struggle, both mentally and physically, that is still on as we speak.
But hey haters. I am not done!
I want to get better. I WILL get better.
