Mein Mittagessen heute ist die Balance Pizza von Wagner ๐Ÿ• nach gut 1 1/2 Jahren hatte ich dann auch mal wieder Lust auf ne "richtige" Pizza ๐Ÿ˜„ im Laden ist mir die dann aufgefallen und ich musste sie direkt mitnehmen - "nur" ca 550 kcal, laktose frei und low fat - fรผr ne Pizza โ˜๐Ÿผ๏ธ und schmecken tut sie auch toll ๐Ÿ˜ Pizza essen ohne schlechtes Gewissen zu haben geht also doch ๐Ÿ˜‹โ˜บ๏ธ heute frรผh war ich รผbrigens schon fleiรŸig und bin um 7 Uhr ( man beachte das Ferien sind) aufgestanden um noch Sport zu machen bevor es zum einkaufen ging ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ wรผnsche euch noch einen schรถnen Tag in der Sonne โ˜€๏ธ #Pizza #healthycheating #foodlover #loveyourbody #fitfam

Happy cheatday to meeee ๐ŸŽ‰ After 6 weeks of (mostly) clean eating (like I said at my last cheatday: eating chocolate ๐Ÿซ or gummybears in your diet is ok and not a "cheating" or a bad eating, WHEN you conrol it!) I lost: about 3-4 Kg ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ (of cause also water and I weight myself after alrealdy cheating - not a good idea, but anyway ๐Ÿ˜„) and i see slowly results in the mirrow - which is more important than this Number on the scale! Now i'll enjoy this happy day and reward myself these yummi things ๐Ÿ˜‹ - to see what I eat have a look on my snapchat-> there I film everything ๐ŸŽฅ (mostly I say I'll eat so many things and at the end I can't put in more than a package of haribos ๐Ÿ˜„) Which you also a lovely and happy day ๐Ÿ˜Š And always remember: "Fitness is not about being better than someone else.. After my workout i had a selfmade Protein "cinimini" cereals out of a #questbar ๐Ÿ˜ you only need a questbar with the flavor cinnamon roll. You cut it in small pieces, roll them into balls and put the in the oven (150 C) for only a few minutes - done ๐Ÿ’• (Fรผr die Protein ciniminis braucht ihr nur eine questbar mit dem Geschmack cinnamon roll.
