#FBF to #FYF. I've been making art for over 15 years now. Sold my first piece in 2004. Been fortunate enough to show with some great galleries and shops. I've been following @jeffsotoart for awhile now and I look to him for inspiration. He's a husband, dad, painter, an educator and a rad dude. If you follow him on Facebook he drops some inspirational nuggets. I've been thinking about where to move next on this art journey but he said something the other day about pushing yourself into unknown territory not being a flash in the pan that made me want to gut my garage and start over. Painting is something I don't get to do as much these days I moved on to the wood blocks as a means of satisfying my creative needs. I love the wood blocks and don't see myself moving away from that. I guess what I am saying is I need to paint more. I may be cleaning out my space and getting rid of a ton of art stuff I don't use. I may also be saying come help me clean my studio.

Last year for DesignerCon I made a few wood transfers for some of my favorite artist that were there. I made a copy for them and one for me. I'm a huge fan of @theartofskinner and had to make a wood print of this sweet Mastodon poster he did. I got to meet him and he signed my copy. He was a rad dude.
