Dessert for breakfast!?!? Oh yes! Apple/caramel bread pudding 😋. Blend 1 banana, 1 egg 2pp, 1 egg white, 1tbsp oats, cinnamon, sweetener and nutmeg till smooth pour in a tall cup add 1/2 chopped small green apple and 1 slice 40 calories bread cut in small pieces 1pp. Microwave for 2 or 3 minutes and topped with 1/4 cooked (micro 1') green apple with cinnamon and sweetener drizzle sugar free caramel 1pp. 4 points of yummmyness.
