Pina Colada Protein Smoothie Recipe
Almond Coconut Milk.
1-2 C Frozen Solid Bananas.
Handful Frozen Strawberries.
1 TB Real Vanilla or Vanilla Bean.
Scoop Joe Robb Pina Colada Protein Powder (or whatever you have). The Frozen Bananas Give it a Very Heavy-Velvety-Thick-Rich Ice cream-Like consistency so you don't want to skip them! Peel Bananas & freeze in chunks in a Freezer Bag overnight.

SESAME SHRIMP & Spinach Dip ♥♥. ▪▪▪RECIPE▪▪▪▪
What you will need:
■Raw deveined Shrimp tails on.
■Parsley, Basil, Thyme.
■2 C Packed Fresh Spinach.
■Thick Greek Yogurt (for Dip).
■Whole Green Spring Onion (for Dip).
Dip raw Shrimp in egg whites, then in mixture of Sesame Seeds, Herbs, & Garlic. Bake at 350* for 8 minutes.

Spinach Dip RECIPE ↓↓↓
What you will need:
■ 2 C Packed Spinach. ■ 1 Whole Green Spring Onion.
■ Sesame Seeds.
■ Parsley, Thyme, Basil, Garlic.
■ 1 C Greek Yogurt. ■ Red Wine Vinegar.
Blend ingredients up with a stick or any blender. Yumm!! Other Optional ingredients to make Dip richer- add 1Tb @Barleans Lemon 369 Omega oil Blend, Olive Oil, Mayo, Sour cream or Half an avocado!

We made Dinner at my GF's for some Vegetarians & non-Veg's. This was Part of the Menu... a Giant Platter of Mixed Greens with Balsamic Stilton Blue Cheese Vinaigrette. Unfortunately no one gave me time to get a decent pic. Whhaa!! Hungry 'Lil Buggers!! We also had an awesome Stir Fry but... not a sec to snap it! Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin Done 2 ways ♥ RECIPE HERE 4u ♥♥↓↓↓
.............. I don't really eat Pork much, but he wanted Pork Chops, Ssoooo.......
Use the Leanest cut you can find & pound out very aggressively. I mean really pound the Sh@$ out of it! Pork can be tough & this will tenderize it. Put half the meat aside & cut the other half into strips. Make a mixture of Oatmeal flour, Dry Mustard, Salt, Pepper, Garlic & Onion Powder, Stevia, Parsley & Chopped Chives..............♥. Dip strips & Whole Pork filet in Egg whites then into Spice blend & Pan Sear w/ a Spritz of Olive oil Spray or Bake. Drizzle with 1Tb @Barleans Lemonade 369 Omega Oil Blend. ♥. You can make a Honey Mustard Dip w/ half C Greek yogurt, Nancy's sharp & Creamy Mustard, & 1TB Honey if u like. I didn't feel it needed it with the spice in the seasoning blend... BUT DO IT by all means!! A tip I can Share is I Like to eat all meals w/ Large Quantities of Veggies. Make sure you are Happy, Full & Satisfied! Hope you enjoy. Xox.......♥. Love Dana ♥♥
ABsession ABsolutely ♥... You don't necessarily need to do Crunches or Specific Ab Exercises if you engage your Core when you Workout. I use mine to Pull when I'm doing Tricep Pushdowns & Skullcrushers. Really gets 'em good! ♥♥
Artichoke Edamame Dip Recipe ♥. Are u Tired of My Green Dips?? LoL.
I'm Not!! This One is Artickoke so OMG if you love them u must make↓! It's The Most Incredible tasting ARTICHOKE DIP.. &... Full of Super Healthy Antioxidants. ■1 Cup Edamame ■ Juice of 1/2 Fresh Lemon
■ 4-5 Artichokes
■ 1/2 Green Spring Onion
■ 1 TB Tahini
■ Dried Shallots or Onion Powder.
■ 1 Clove Garlic
■ Salt Pepper
Whip up with a Stick Blender Leaving a Bit Chunky.
Drizzle 1 TB Barleans Lemon 369 Omega Oil Blend or Olive Oil.
