I was looking for my first new car, and i was on a very strict budget, checked some cars by myself at a couple of dealerships, and found that the car was priced is out of my range.

my friend recommended me to contact the company.

Pretty much Danny was able to help me out, he was able to meet my needs, able to get me to stay on budget, he was able to find the car that i would like, meet the specification i am looking for. sent me the estimates. handled the negotiations, helped me do the paperworks online, and got the car delivered. all in a single week time.

My car got totaled and I was on a very short deadline to find a new vehicle. I didn't even hesitate to contact Danny to help me find a new car.

Given the short timeline, and having to work through an insurance claim while simultaneously finding a new car, working with Danny made the entire process easy and stress-free, which is saying something! Danny had the car dropped off to my home and was there to walk me through the paperwork and the whole process genuinely took 30 minutes. the only time I went to the dealership was to test drive and Danny was the one in the passenger seat!

Danny really listens, does his research, walks you through your options and financing, and is well-connected with dealerships to find you the best deal and get you in your dream car quickly and seamlessly! I'm now the proud new lessee of a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Plug-in Hybrid and it's fully loaded! A real treat yo' self.

Well, where do I start! I contact Christian Z via IG and told him I needed his help in getting a car I was interested in, he replied and said contact me in the office tomorrow so we can talk, so I did we touched base I told him what I was looking for.

He asked :
Credit score approx?
Trade-in yes or no?
I told him what car I wanted and where it was at. (I had already done the leg work, he didn't have to find the car)?
He asked price.?
Where was the car?

He said ok, got it let me work on this and I'll car you tomorrow this was mid March 2019 and here we are a little over a month and he still hasn't called me back WTF!

I would normally not write a review because a company didn't want my business normally I do when I have paid for something and I don't get what I paid for or shorty service after I have spent my hard earned money.

This seems to be the norm with this company, read other reviews and you will see what I'm talking about.. it seems to me that they cherry pick who they want to work with based on your IG status.

I have in the past referred over 2 people to them, just simply on what I see in IG, I see happy customer receive car and I take it as great service. Well these 2 people I referred never got call backs and when they told me that, I could not believe that, so that is why I tried myself and I was treated the same way ignored like the rest of them..

I hope you/your team reads this and really strive to make a change in the way you treat your customers or possible customers...

Oh before I forget one more reason I decided to post review was because I seen him post on IG, I'll quote him, but I will also post a pic of his post.

IG post: Do you or anyone you know need help with a car? Allow me a conversation and you'll never waste your time at a DEALER AGAIN!!! Let me do all the foot work!

So funny I did most the work for you buddy!! A call back would have been perfect or simply tell me I don't want to work with you , because you don't have enough clout! Say something...

The only excuse he can have for not calling me back is , he's too busy posting, dancing , and showering on IG..

I cannot fully explain how easy they made this process! I was nervous about getting a car, especially in the current market, but Danny showed that it wasn't just possible, but that I would be able to get the car I wanted! Amazing customer service!!!! If you are looking to buy a new or used car this is the place to come to. I worked with Danny to purchase my 2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback (nightshade edition). I really can't express enough how much Danny S Zelaya is the best Car Broker. He's helped me twice and my step mom. Where to start ! I'm sooo excited that I found Chris and the Empire Motor Group. I can't believe how easy and reliable things were.
