If you know my cousin Gabby your life is a little brighter!!! She is an amazing women to all all the lives she touches. Gabby is the type of person that would give you the clothes off her back or open her home if you needed a place to stay no matter what. Growing up I only hoped to grow up and have her kind spirit, loving heart and positive attitude. I would spend summers in LA and visit her we always had the best time even if it was something as simple as cooking! She always made me laugh she was my Sha boo boo and I was her Sheniqua ..... those were our silly cousin nicknames. It pains me to see her with a huge mountain in front of her and going through one of the most difficult times of her life yet she maintains such a positive outlook. No one wants to hear those awful earth shattering words “You have Cancer”. I will let her tell her story........
My name is Gabriella Cazal
I took this picture in 10/17 when i sat my family down to tell them i had Chordoma Cancer. Chordoma cancer is a rare form of tumor that develops in the spine and there are aproximately 300 cases a year in the US, chordoma is chemo resistant, it can be treated with radiation or surgury, i have the rarest form of it, its located beneath my skull in my upper virtabrae and its inoperable, i need proton b radiation and there are only 2 places that do it in the west coast, unfortunately its extremely expensive, i am currently unable to work and some of my medications are not covered by my insurance, and i am also taking an alternative imunotherapy treatment which is costing about $200 a week. Im very limited to my activities, ny family alternates there days off to come and help me with my basic needs.
We are starting this fundraiser as a little token to anything that we can do to help her through this difficult time. She is a beautiful person a mother of 6, daughter,a grandma, a sister, a cousin, friend and wife. Please join me in helping Gabby with her medical costs there are lots of things her Medicare cannot pay for and of course she cannot get private insurance with a pre existing conditions. So please if anything at all please donate to help my cousin fight this battle. Most of all we ask that you pray for her continually. We believe that God will see her through if anyone can move mountains it is him! ❤️ Thank you from our family!
