Help Honey Walk Again

Hello All,
My beloved Honey is a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua mix. She is a sweet, fun and loving companion, which is why we were devastated to find out that she was hit by a car and left wounded with a fractured pelvis in street last night, while we were out of our home.
She was in the patio of our apartment, when she got out (or at least that is what we assume), and was scared, frantic and running around the apartment complex. The building is enclosed, and although she was out of the patio, there was no way for her to get out of the complex unless someone opened the gate door for her to go out to the street. Unfortunately, upon exiting the complex, she ran out to the street and was struck by a car.
She is in urgent care, and although we are able to cover some of the expenses, we are unable to cover the entire amount totalling over $10,000. The hit broke her pelvic bone and fractured the lower half of her spine. She is at the Veterinary Hospital now in Intensive care, and cannot even manage to use her bowel movement, as she needs to use her lower body for squatting; it is torture. She needs immediate surgery and sadly will never be able to walk the same, but we would like to try and save her from being euthanized. That is our only other option, so you see, your help is needed as soon as possible.
To some she is just a dog, but to us, she is OUR WORLD.
