Navy Enlisted Night At The Movies

Donation protected

Hi Everyone! Seamen, Petty Officers, Chief Petty Officers, Senior Chief Petty Officers, Master Chief Petty Officers, Command Chief Petty Officers, and the Command Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy are rates for the men and women enlisted in the United States Navy, all of whom make up the majority of the Navy force. As a civilian who has worked closely with the Navy, I have come to know that enlisted families, in particular, face unique challenges that not too many outside of their community are aware. So I am excited to be given an opportunity to give back to the Naval enlisted sailors who do tough work every day. Thursday 15 February and Friday 16 February 2018, 1700-2100 at Magic Johnson Theater, I will host enlisted Active Duty Navy family members, living in Prince George's County, for a family night at the movies. This is a labor of love that I have been working on since the announcement of the Black Panther Movie release date last Summer. I am asking for some support to make this movie night a memorable experience for the families that sacrifice so much so that their sailor can continue to do their job for our country. Your support will help secure supplies for Black Panther face painting, costumes, treats, contest prizes, and other costs as the movie premier approaches. Also, If you live in Prince George's county, you can support this mission by coming out to the movie and personally thank the men and women of the United States Navy. Thank you in advance.
