Iyanna & Noah's Medical Expenses

On the night of December 18, my sister Iyanna was involved in a car accident that caused her to need to have an emergency c section and emergency brain surgery. My nephew Noah was born at 1 am the next morning a month earlier than his due date. Luckily he is in good condition ATM but Iyanna is having slot of complications and is constantly needing to be rushed to the hospital just a week later she's hospitalized again. She suffered from a subdural hematoma and was left by the same people she was in the car with to go into the hospital alone. At 2:30 in the morning the police knocked on our door and notified me of what happened by that time she had already been through both surgeries with out us. My sister and I were the only ones home and had to wait for the next bus at 5 am to get to her . Iyanna wasn't even able to hold or see Noah until 3 days after the accident. She still can't fully take care of him as she's on all of these medications and has to wear a neckbrace. She was hospitalized again yesterday with a hematoma where her c section incision is . My mother was laid off the day after the accident and is now taking care of Noah full-time while my sister recovers. ATM Iyanna can barely walk without crutches and is still suffering in excruciating pain.my mother has spent her last paycheck entirely on getting diapers etc and paying for transportation (cabs ,bus fare ) getting Iyanna and Noah to doctor appointments and the hospital. It's only been a week and we've spent nearly $400 on transportation and milk alone. On top of that we are waiting for her hospital bill to see what expenses Medicaid doesn't cover.Iyanna is not able to breastfeed due to Noah not being able to latch on properly. We've been pumping her milk but she was put on medication that she can no longer give him breast milk while she is taking it. Everything has been so sudden . My mother was the only one working due to me actually having an emergency c section myself 3 weeks ago and now that income is gone. I'm being rushed into finding a job myself although I've not fully healed yet I'm searching. Any help would be appreciated beyond words. Thank you and god bless .
