Shipping
All international orders (anywhere outside of the UK) are sent by Royal Mail using their International Tracked service. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. This processing time does not include custom orders.
All orders that require a box for postage are packed with recycled materials. This enables me to make boxes that perfectly fit your order and reduces the packing materials needed. I avoid using plastic where possible but am still working through some envelopes and materials I had previously bought.

Please note Each ceramic or glass piece should be gently hand washed. Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave. Ceramic pieces are for decoration and are not for use with food.
Items should not be soaked or cleaned with anything scratchy or abrasive.
