My preferred method of payment is Paypal, I will accept cheques and postal orders but I will not post the item until the payment is cleared .

All transactions must be completed within 7 days of purchase or the item will be relisted.

I aim to send all purchases within 1- 3 days after the transaction is completed.

All items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class. If you wish the item to be signed for, insured or tracked please contact me for an amended amount . A tracked item will add a substantial amount on to the postage depending on your location.Please message me and I will find out the exact price and details for you.

In the event of an emergency and the posting is going to be delayed I will contact you immediately and will send out at the earliest date possible.

I always keep proof of postage and please make sure that your name , address and postcode is accurate.

I post Monday to Friday , if an order is placed after 1pm on Friday it will be posted on Monday. I will contact you to let you know your item has been shipped.

1. Points to consider when comparing the real life item to the online image.

I have photographed all my work in natural daylight by a window using a Canon SLR.
I have edited them on an LG monitor then checked them on a MacBook Pro and an Iphone. I have tried to match the image as closely as possible to the original however all monitors and viewing devices have very different colour bias and resolutions. There will be variations in the sharpness , contrast and colour from the original to what you view on screen.

2.I have photographed each media Silk , Canvas and Water-colour paper separately to give a true feeling of the surface texture.
The water-colour paper possibly gives the sharpest rendering of the image with rich deep colour. The Canvas is also very sharp with intense colour. The Silk by its nature is more absorbent and gives a result which is slightly softer in detail and colour but has a luminous glow which separates it from other media.

3.All the artworks are printed to order by myself and the frames are hand made so there will be very slight variations in each piece.

4. All three media have been sprayed with a UV protectant and printed with Canon Inks but I would still advise keeping the image out of direct sunlight .
