Custom and personalised orders
We always welcome your ideas! If you have an idea of something you'd like to have printed please contact us with your ideas and we can let you know if it would be something we can do!
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes! Please contact me before placing your order for more details!
Do you accept rush orders?
We do accept rush orders when our schedule allows. We ask that you contact us prior to placing your order and we will try to accommodate.
Return Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges as each item is made to order. If an error is made by us on your personalized or custom item, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the error is on your part, the item is non-refundable.
All cancellations or changes to orders must be made within 12 hours of your purchase
ALL REFUNDS ARE MINUS SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping Time
Processing time is separate from shipping time. We take 2-4 business days to prepare your item for shipment, the shipping times are as follows:
USA - Usually will take 4-6 business days with tracking via USPS
Canada - Usually will take 5-12 business days via Canada Post. For Western Canada, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. NO TRACKING
International - All items are shipped with no tracking. Italy and Australia, at times, may take up to 5 weeks in some rare circumstances.
I can only guarantee that all of my items are shipped out 2-4 business days. Unfortunately delays in shipping are out of my control and refunds will not be issued due to late packages on the couriers behalf.
