Hello, Due to the machining and processing sometimes it may appear as if there are microvoids or other imperfections. This is because the resin and the fabrics process differently and then look differently also, appearing like what you have. I will respond in email more detailedly, helping you forward to prevent this problem.

Lasercutting is not an option as it will cut the resin, but not the carbon fiber that can withstand 2000C. Waterjetting is a great option tho, if you have access to a beautiful tool like that. Just make sure to punch the material from the edge as to not blast the material head on as it may delaminate “on impact”
