Found this place on Yelp when looking for a lunch spot. Conveniently located off 59th x Bell. Lots of ample parking. Super clean entryway.

Their claim to fame are their various grilled cheese sandwiches and of course, their mac & cheese. I went 9the Best of Both Worlds sandwich today. OK. So get this: it's sourdough bread layered with slices and slices and slices of cheese. Then they pile on mac & cheese. Intertwined between the mac & cheese and all the rest of the cheese are chunks of tender, juicy short ribs. It's topped off with sticky sweet BBQ sauce. It's a flavor explosion and a sandwich I'd eat daily if I could. It sounds like the entire sandwich is going to fall apart and explode while eating it - but it doesn't. Everything stays put and it's well put together.

In addition to the sandwich, you get a small plastic container of tomato soup - similarly to a bisque which you can dip the sandwich in or simply eat on its own. Additionally, they toss in a handful of tater tots as a side. Sound like a great lunch? ...it is!

Super friendly service and reasonably priced. Great food, casual, clean atmosphere and amazing customer service. Highly recommended! We shall return!!

I purchased a new bike one. In order to keep the manufacturer warranty in tact, it was recommended by the bike shop (Albe's) to have the bicycle obtain professional assembly with an accompanying receipt. I.E., the bike manufacturer doesn't want to see you & buddy put it together half-assed in your basement.

I reached out to a few local bike shops using Yelp's "Create A Project" feature. 3 of the 5 didn't even bother responding. 1 of them was a bit further than I wanted to drive. The other was Gregg at ProTourFittings.

Gregg responded immediately. I work full-time. You probably do, too. I'm tethered to a desk. I don't always have the flexibility of making calls when I'm working. It is significantly easier for me to send off an email, reply to a text, etc, etc. Gregg was straight-forward with his pricing and explained not only could he assemble my new bike with years of experience - he's mobile and will come right to my place. SOLD! You won't need to worry about your local bike store swapping your brand new components for used ones they have lying around by using Gregg who is mobile.

Gregg was professional & incredibly efficient. His pricing is more than fair and his scheduling flexibility was easy to work with - even with a full time job. Cannot thank you enough for all the assistance yesterday, Gregg! Keep up the awesome work!

For all things bikes and e-bikes, hit up ProTourFittings for a quick response to your inquiry!

I injured myself on Feb. 6, 2024 waking up to excruciating pain in my right hamstring. The next day, some numbness had set in. I initially thought as a trail runner I had a slight tear in my hamstring, but thought that to be unlikely as I did not have a hard workout the weekend prior. I saw my primary care physician who referred me to Empower PT.

Their office is conveniently located right off 59th Ave. close to the 101. Tons of ample parking and easy to find in a relatively large medical complex. I was contacted immediately once my referral was received and scheduled 1 day later. Their lobby / entryway is super clean and spacious. All of my info was at the front desk and they were ready to begin assisting me!

I was introduced to Nikki Czekaj, my physical therapist. She took soooo much time to listen to me about my injury. She knew exactly what was going on iny body and her plan of attack to assist me getting back to 100% and back on the trails.

She took time to explain the exercises, we did them together and she even did conservative light massage efforts and stretches. I've been to a physical therapist in the past where they print out some exercises and put you on a stationary bike or treadmill with no hands-on. Heck, the last PT I went to at another local clinic three years ago didn't even touch me! Nikki at Empower PT was the exact opposite and helped me incredibly. If it were not for her, I would not be anywhere near the condition I am right now.

Nikki said 6 to 8 weeks before I'm likely back to feeling 100%. I'm heading into week 7 and am soooo close to being at the same condition I was prior to my injury in early-February. Aside from some numbness in my right hamstring, I am pain-free. I ran /walked for 80-min. yesterday and did approx. 5.3 mi. This doesn't sound earth-shattering, but 7 weeks ago I could hardly walk nor stand due to the pain shooting down both hamstrings.

I am no longer seeing Nikki as she stated time will inevitably heal the numbness making it subside. I cannot thank her and the entire staff at Empower PT for their solid execution for the care I received. No scheduling issues. No billing issues. No referral issues. Highly recommended if you're a local athlete in need of physical therapy!

      Updated review

I had an individual send me a hateful message and have to assume he is part of the business organization. I have reported the user to Yelp and believe he is an employee or business owner who seems to take a lot of interest in their less than 5-star reviews. I gave alerted Yelp.

I cannot begin to thank Dr. Gamino enough for everything she did for me at my initial appt. this week! My low back / sciatica pain was excruciating last week and only got the pain down to a dull roar prior to my visit with her.

She's located right off 43rd x Yorkshire. The building on her personal property is beautifully done and incredibly professional. The office interior lobby is spacious, clean and so inviting.

Not only did Dr. Gamino relieve my pain, but she actually took the time to listen to me. Together we pin-pointed EXACTLY where the pain was before she even began treatment. It was so nice to be listened to and not disregarded like most providers do these days.

She accepts our AEtna insurance and her pricing is comparable to just about any other chiropractic office in the Valley. Highly recommended and can't wait for my follow-up visit to continue improvement!

Incredibly clean and professional lobby area and entrance!
