Hi, my name is James Fowler. I am a 198/220 powerlifter out of Tampa , Fl. I have been ranked in the top 10 of my weight class and chasing a 2k total. I am known for my deadlift but I strive to be an all around lifter with an over 600+ squat, 400+ bench, and over 700+ deadlift.

In the powerlifting community I am known by my IG handle, Gainz4Dayz or as the leader of the JigsawCult. I strive to give my athletes my all and its all I ask for in return as a coach. I love to make an impact on my community through the pursuit of strength.
