#InfinitePOP Vendor Registration and Contract (November-December 2017)

Join us as we venture to our new space in the heart of Armory Square! To participate in the #InfinitePOP Pop-Up Shop please read the following rules and regulations. By filling out the registration form you are agreeing to the following terms:

* The cost for a vendor space for each month is $60.

* 20% of sales to the house. Plus Square credit card processing fees. Cash sales will always be preferred.

* Each vendor is required to work *up to* 10 hours at the shop for each month you participate, or other duties as assigned. You may cover more hours if you'd like. Shifts are typically split between morning and night, roughly 4-6 hours at a time. This is essential to keep the shop open, as we are an artist-run cooperative with no employees. If you are unable to fill that obligation you may ask another vendor to cover your hours, but ultimately it is your responsibility to have those hours covered.

* Each vendor must download SQUARE register app on their phone to act as mobile register for pop-up while covering shifts. Card reader and training will be provided.

* Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and pick-up. You will be notified of these times and must make arrangements to move goods in and out quickly.

* Vendors are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of their contracted spaces.

* Vendor assumes all risk and hazard incident to their own exhibit.

* There will be a MANDATORY meeting for all vendors prior to opening for training and operations instructions once all payments have been received. Meeting date TBA.

* Each vendor will receive a unified pricing sheet and must clearly mark all their products with their price and unique vendor code (will be supplied to you by the #InfinitePOP).

*Payouts are given in cash weekly, you must come in and sign for your payments or have a pre-approved designated pickup person.

* Each vendor is required to assist in the promotion of the shop via social media (use #InfinitePOP), passing out flyers, word of mouth and making media appearances!
