Simplicity

I hope that everyone had a great Christmas (for those that celebrate it) and a Happy New Year! 2015 whizzed by for me with lots of events happening, including starting a new job towards the end of the year – hence I haven’t posted much on here. Nevertheless I hope that I will be able to bring more exciting content on here for you to enjoy!

I’d like to present this simplistic and minimal look I paired. A grey marble printed shirt mixed with a pair of DIY ripped jeans and white plimsolls, to create an effortless casual look with subtle colour tones that I love.

One last summer look for 2015

As autumn is upon us and winter is not far away, I thought I’d post one last summer look for this year – in case you’re thinking of a last minute holiday somewhere warmer and need an outfit inspiration! A floral top is a must-have to add to your wardrobe for the summer – this is a popular trend which emerged a couple of seasons ago and is sure to carry on for next summer. You can either wear bold and bright florals, or keep it subtle with darker shades, remember to ensure that the floral design is your sole focal point, so leave the rest simple and complimentary. A dark blue top with contrasting light grey floral print mixed with a pair of white shorts is an easy way to pair on a nice summer’s day stroll around town or by the beach.

Timeless at Officine Generale FW2015

I recently discovered a brand called Officine Generale. It was only founded in 2012 which makes it relatively new however the clothes weren’t anything that hasn’t been seen before. The FW2015 collection was, in fact incredibly classic and ageless wearable by all types of men and for all occasions. It was tailored and fitted featuring work and casual looks using tones of blue, green and grey. Essentially it’s what I believe a lot of men want – to be able to go to one brand and buy (if, financially able) the entire collection, as it incorporates all the fundamental pieces needed for a man’s wardrobe.

Colourful Bohemian Burberry Prorsum – Mens FW2015

The fall winter 2015 Burberry Prorsum menswear had a bohemian inspired collection. But it was far from hippie, in fact, it was classic and casual looking by pairing bohemian patterned shirts with tailored trousers and finished with printed scarves, a pair of framed glasses and a shopper or fringed clutch bag. The colours and prints combined created a sleek and dapper style incredibly wearable making a dull winter colourful.
