I buy new packing materials and boxes. I always ensure I wrap my items very well! using bubble wrap or tissue paper, I also use non toxic, bio-degradable packing chips made out of starch. They are Eco friendly and can be composted after use.

All postage charges include, etsy fees, VAT, the cost of packing materials and a handling fee. prices are worked out with the cost of shipping the parcel, plus the cost of any materials used.

I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Unless otherwise stated in shop announcement.

Once a package leaves my hands I do not have any control over how fast it arrives (including tracked parcels) Therefore I cannot guarantee a item will arrive by a specific date, please be aware of this before you place your order.

I offer combine postage (for most items) please contact me for a quote for combined postage before purchasing. Please include the items you would like and where you live in the email so I can work out the costs.

All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Please wait 2-7 business days for delivery in UK, depending on your location.

Etsy now allows customers to mark orders as a "gift". To clarify: this means that prices will not be included on any invoices inside the parcel. It does not mean a free gift is included with the order. Customs forms on the outside of the box will still have the full value of the purchase on them and will not be marked as a 'gift' Customers will still have to pay any import duties on their order.

Taxes/customs, VAT charges are NOT included in the price of a item.

For international customers any additional customs charges/taxes will have to be paid by the customer. It is up to the customer to be aware of any charges that apply on imports to their country and I cannot be held responsible for any extra custom/VAT charges.

Tracking is not available to all countries. If the country being shipped to does not allow tracking then the parcel will be sent as signed for on arrival only. A list of countries can be found on the Royal Mail website. It is up to the customer to know the import rules of their country.

Royal Mail does not consider an overseas package lost until 60 business days have passed, so I can not start the refund process until this period has passed.

I am not responsible for any item held by customs or any damage caused to a parcel as a result of a customs inspection. As a buyer, you must be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports. I cannot be held responsible for any parcels detained or destroyed by customs.

If there is a problem with an International order after it passes customs and is in the possession of your postal service, I cannot contact or call a foreign postal service. You are responsible for contacting your postal service.

You are responsible to keep up to date on your tracking information. You can click the tracking number given in your Etsy purchase form to see this information.

If a parcel is undeliverable for any reason including an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, I cannot be held responsible. It is up to the buyer to provide the correct full shipping address at the time of purchase. It is also the buyers responsibly to arrange any re-deliveries or collect any parcels form the sorting office after an attempted delivery.

It is the customers responsibility to provide a secure place for parcels to be delivered. I cannot be held responsible for stolen/lost parcels after delivery.

If A parcel is returned to me because it was undeliverable for ANY reason. (eg: inaccurate shipping address provided or buyer not collecting from the Post Office) I will either refund the cost of the item minus any original shipping costs, or re-ship the item at the customers expense.

I am not responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit.
Any damage caused by a undeliverable return will be deducted from any refund given, if the item arrives back broken or in a not resalable condition then no refund will be given. The items must arrive back in the condition they were sent.

All measurements are in inches and centimetres and are approximate.

While every care is taken to make sure the information is accurate. I am not an expert and I can't guarantee all information including dates and countries of origin are correct.

I do not include receipts or invoices with any orders that I ship. They are available on Etsy to print if you should need a copy for your records.

General

While every care is taken to make sure the information is accurate. I am not an expert and I can't guarantee all information including dates and countries of origin are correct.

Colour and brightness of some items may vary from the pictures on the listings. Also There may be colour variations according to your computer screen.

Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately I can no longer reserve items for first time buyers. Returning customers and large/multiple purchase orders, can be reserved for 24 hours.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted. If you would like to return a item you must contact me BEFORE you send it. Any returned postage will have to be paid for by the buyer.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation before the item is shipped

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent.

If the return is due to the customer not reading the full listing/polices section, only the item cost will be refunded minus initial outward and return postage.

If a order arrives damaged please contact me with at least two clear photos of the item and two of the packaging.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Combined postage is available for most items. If you would like to order more than one item please contact me with the list of items you would like and the country you live in. I will get back to you with a combined postage quote.

Condition of Vintage goods

All vintage items in this shop are second hand, and therefore are in 'used' condition. And due to the nature of vintage items, they are normally very old and often have small flaws from previous owners. I do my best to note any major flaws. There maybe some minor flaws not described which are to be expected with items of age.

Make sure to read the full description of the item and look at all the photos and ask any questions before you purchase.

The lifespan of a vintage item may be shorter so be gentle with your purchase and don't expect it to do what it did when it was new.

VAT, Taxes, and international orders.

I am not a VAT registered seller therefore, VAT fees are NOT included in the cost of your item or shipping. You will be responsible for paying the VAT tax and any other customs and import fees that may apply.

Marking an order as a gift

If you are ordering internationally, the total price of the order must be written on the custom forms by law even for gifts. Customers will still have to pay any import duties on their order.

Please note, I will ship to the address you give on the etsy invoice unless a different address is requested when ordering. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address.

Marking an order as 'gift' does not mean a free gift is included with the order.

Which countries do you ship to?

I ship to most countries, but I reserve the right to cancel an order if I find that shipping is not trackable to any particular country or if I do not feel confident that a delivery will be successful.
