Why is shipping so expensive?
It means Japan Post had suspended shipping to your country. Please send me a convo if you want to ship via DHL so I can make a special list for you.
I haven't received my package yet. What will I do?
Please call your local post office using the tracking number we sent you via ETSy if don't get it in 2 weeks. Also, please send me a convo so I can file an inquiry at my local post office.
Because of the COVID 19 pandemic, packages may take a month to 2 to arrive depending on which place you are in. Please know the situation of your local area before placing an order.
The tracking number says it has been delivered but I did not get the package. What shall I do?
