“Are you a part of mankind, or just kind of a man?”

My name is Nekoes and I am from San Diego, California, currently residing in Florida. I paint and create artwork inspired by skateboarding, graffiti culture, music, and human behaviors. On occasion I also build and design furniture.

I build and create with reclaimed and newly purchased wood materials. Sometimes while creating, a painting can become a sculpture or even a piece of furniture. I look forward to the happy accidents and unexpected inspiration while creating. Infinite possibilities on the outcome of each creation is what keeps me engaged and continuously working.
