At PeakMVMT Fitness & Wellness, we’re committed to a client-centered approach to Pilates and Personal Training. We tailor each session to the individual needs, goals, and abilities of our clients.

Services

  • Pilates & Personal Training

    We believe each client deserves a personalized exercise experience that will help them feel empowered to move through life with strength, confidence, and joy. Our client-centered approach utilizes Pilates, strength training, and mindful movement in a unique way for each person. Clients managing pain, recovering from an injury, or are new to exercise, can trust their workouts will be tailored to meet their individual needs.

    Remote Private and Duet sessions are held via Zoom or FaceTime. In-Person sessions privately scheduled for those in Denver and Fort Collins, Colorado.

  • Video Library

    We set out to try something a little different with our video library. Time spent in nature has been shown to lower blood pressure, stress hormones, and heart rate while inducing a sense of calm and increased mental fitness. Finding opportunities for relaxed and focused time in nature is difficult, if not impossible, for most people. We’re building a collection of short format videos that will take people to spectacular alpine lakes and foggy forests to simple backyard patios for a little dose of nature and a safe guided workout.

    Our one-for-one subscription model is one way we contribute to the health and well-being in our community.

  • Coaching for Pilates Teachers

    With more than two decades in the fitness industry, Amie is deeply passionate about the science of exercise. Exercise selection and implementation for each client is both art and science. Our private coaching offers Pilates professionals a positive and supportive environment to hone their teaching skills while reviewing anatomy, exploring biomechanics, and studying the wide variety and variations in Pilates equipment. We encourage building a mindful thought process that allows teachers to fine tune their skills to truly offer Pilates for all bodies.
