A: If you have never worn Unisex Converse Chuck Taylors please go try a pair on this is the only way to know your size. The Converse website recommends ordering a half size down from your normal but this is simply a recommendation please note all sales are final
Q: Why can't I return or exchange these shoes?
A: Because these shoes are custom made specifically for you and cannot be resold this is why it's so important to know your size!
Q: How long does it take to get my shoes on the mail?
A: We try to get all orders out to you in two weeks-six weeks just depends on style and how busy I am message me for current times. The process involves ordering your size in, customizing your shoes and shipping them.
Q: Do you rush orders?
A: It depends on the style rush orders need to be discussed with me first I do not honor rush order dates written in the notes of the order
Q: Do you do different color variations of styles? And highs and lows?
A: Yes! All you have to do is inbox me to see if the color is available

A: I will make fabric and studded designs that are not listed but I do not sell team or character logos as they are copyrighted
