Pumpkin's Egg Removal Surgery

Hi there!
My name is Jessica and I run Fantasea Crested Geckos in Eugene, Oregon. I breed Crested Geckos and keep Leopard Geckos, Ball Pythons and a Tegu as well, you could say reptiles are one of my passions.
With all passions, we come across bumps in the road. A few months back, my female Crested Gecko became egg bound, meaning she had a set of eggs in her belly that she couldn't lay. For a gecko, not treating this condition can lead to undue stress on the animal, rapid weightloss, and death. Thankfully I found a wonderful vet in Eugene who was able to take care of my gecko promptly and professionally. I called to make the appointment on Tuesday that week and had an appointment by wednesday. After the initial exam, we had an xray done, showing one small egg that could easily be passed and a very large egg that would require surgery to remove. The surgery was done that afternoon and had my gecko back after only a couple of hours.
My situation was the best case scenario. I had the money required to treat my gecko with the best possible care and today my gecko is happy and healthy, something that would not have been possible without my wonderful vet and $350.
Today a close friend sent me a message asking about the surgery and it's cost, saying that she also has a female gecko, Pumpkin, she believes to be egg bound. She does not have the money for this very expensive surgery which means a painful death for this poor gecko. I would like to raise $350 to send this gecko from Michigan to Oregon for this procedure. Including the exam, xrays and surgery it will be around if not more than this total of $350. This is an urgent surgery, as this gecko cannot wait! Any amount donated will be graciously appreciated and will go directly to helping save the life of Pumpkin. If you can donate even the smallest amount, it will help tremendously.
