Huds' neurological issues have progressed rapidly in the past few weeks, and despite his previously-prescribed pain-alleviating medications Hudson's mobility now fluctuates between moderate (he can walk a few or several feet with or without falling after I've picked him up and carried him to the primary destination [incl. down and up all stairs]) and virtually nill (he can't stand up on his own).
He's only 8-9 years old (since I rescued him off the side of the road I'll never know his exact age) and should be in the prime of his life, not toddling around and/or being carried.
I refuse to euthanize my boy when there are treatment options available for him, but this has come at a time in my life where the expense is far beyond my means, so it is after much encouragement and reaching a point of desperation that I finally created this campaign.
They say Pitbulls are fighters, but together we can fight for Hudson!
