Neil Dang.

I am a Private Trainer, Online Coach and Powerlifting Athlete. I embarked on the road to fitness to build confidence, take control of my health, get fit enough to partake in physical activities, and to build a presentable physique. Throughout my fitness journey, I successfully lost over 30lbs of fat, competed in over 8 Powerlifting Meets since 2013 and earned several California Drug-Tested State Records in 2017 & 2019. My accomplishments have taught me that what you lack in experience, skill, intelligence, or innate ability, you can certainly always make up for it through small, smart daily choices, consistency, and hard work.
