Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: I am more than happy to discuss any custom requests! I will do my best to accommodate the request, however I might not be able to accept every one depending on the materials I have. If you are thinking of getting a customised order, please click the "request a custom order" button. Be as descriptive as possible (colour, size, etc.) and feel free to send me images!
Q: What are the care instructions for your products?
A: These items are quite fragile as they are hand-made of polymer clay. Please handle them with care, keep items away from high heat and any liquids. For earrings and pendants, please remove them before showering and sleeping.
Q: My order is a gift for someone else, can I leave a message?
A: I am more than happy to add in a handwritten message for free. Please leave your message in the "Note to seller" section before you place your order.
Q: What material are the earrings made of?
A: Stud earrings are made of surgical steel.
Q: Which website should I order from?
A: For EU and UK customers, please order through my Etsy store (due to VAT). For other customers, it is recommended that you order through my official website as the prices are lower. However, if you still prefer to order through Etsy, you still have that option!

International shipping costs
Prior COVID-19, all orders were sent as Economy Air letters with merchandise with shipping costs ranging from $2.30-3.20 AUD. Auspost has unfortunately discontinued this service since June 2020. International orders can only be sent as Standard parcels with shipping costs ranging from $16-32 AUD with tracking included.
Before you purchase
Please read the descriptions of the item(s) you're buying, especially the dimensions! Several customers in the past have complained that the product was smaller than expected when their sizes were clearly written in the description.
Please ensure you provide the correct address. If you’ve accidentally ordered using the wrong one and I have not shipped your order out yet, privately message me ASAP!
