I have some pretty privilege stories but the one that I still remember vividly (for an obvious reason) was the time I was admitted to the psych ward for the first time at 15; the girlies were staring, so one of the nurses made me introduce myself like I was doing a presentation in front of the class or smth 💀💀💀 and I thought that was like a common procedure!!! Until I noticed that when the newer patients come in they don't introduce themselves at all 😭😭
