i work on behalf of groups of artists to promote the artists' careers and help run their business afairs. My job includes negotiating contracts, finding and booking events and venues that match my artist's career stratategy, advising on career decicsions, publicity and promotion, helping them on career decisions such as which record producer to work with, or which songs to perform, and managing media relations on their behalf. I work to help my artists succeed in any way they want to.
