I don’t know what took me so long to post since I finished #75hard a few weeks ago now. I guess I was waiting for some profound caption to come to mind but I realized its not, so here we are. The challenge was intense and it kicked my ass into mental & physical shape, it reminded me of things I once knew about myself but maybe had forgotten over time. 💪🏽🧠 Here’s some pics over random times in the past couple years, including a hairy chest photo right before the challenge. They all speak for themselves. I didn’t get the exact physical results I wanted, but its about taking a few steps forward at a time and never stopping. - Thank you to our trainer @geastey for always showing up and pushing up to keep going, thank you @stephanie for the support and for doing this challenge along side me (and look at that bangin’ body!), and lastly @andyfrisella thank you for inspiring us to do this challenge… it was a game changer!

They stand up for themselves & others, they work hard, and they always do the right thing. 🙏🏼 Being a parent isn’t always easy, it’s what you make it. Happy 8th birthday to this fine young gentleman @benhampton - the first 4 things that come to mind are how loving, mature, funny, and intelligent this boy is, and in all 4 of those qualities he’s way beyond his years. - Ben has always been willing to give up his last piece of candy and share regardless of circumstance (even if it’s a pink starburst!), he’s always willing to stand up for himself and other people and will not allow any injustice (that means bullies, but it also even means our parenting!), he’s got really really good jokes and a completely tasteless sense of humor already (where did that come from? 😂), and he’s wise beyond his years and certainly our family’s; he’s definitely the old soul of this house. - Thank you for giving me something to look forward to, thank you for making me self-aware as a person and as a parent, and thank you for always being a kind human being with good intentions. I’m very proud of you and I know you will continue to do great things, because that is exactly what great people do. 💙
