Transformation Tuesday face shot! I'm so very happy I decided to turn my life around! Joining my first challenge group was so scary but worth it in more ways than I can say! I thank my fellow fit friends for keeping me on target. I'm also thankful for Insanity kicking my ass into gear and Shakeology for all the proper nutrition! There's no going back now!
Day 7 clean eating and portion complete! It was a ton easier than I thought! I was never left hungry but definitely had a few times I wanted to keep eating. Warm green tea helped tremendously with fighting the urge to over eat. I made the most amazing quinoa blueberry pancakes topped with strawberries and 100% maple syrup this morning. Yum yum yum! I'm glad I did this challenge! Helped refocus my goals and learn to enjoy my foods in portioned sizes.
Day 6 No cheat portion control challenge done :) shopped all day so I didn't take pics. I didn't feel like cooking so I had a weird dinner. Banana and peanut butter then a peach with quinoa blueberry muffins. It was wonderful :)
I have never cared what size I wore. I just want to be healthy and toned! I will have to admit though, when a pair of 5's comfortably buttoned today ... I was a tad bit excited! Not exactly were I want to be but I'm ever so very close! Don't EVER give up on what you want! It has taken me almost 16 months to get to this point! And no, it was no where close to easy! I thank goodness everyday for Beachbody and my amazing Team cheering me on!
Yay for day 5...I survived!!!! Friday is pizza night. I made everyone their pizza and made myself cucumber pizza! (Which my family liked too) So delish :) I did a weight lifting routine today which made me intensely hungry, so I added a extra carb to help fill me.
I have decided to try this 3 day refresh. Have any of you done this or a cleanse before? I could use a accountability partner or two! Anyone want to try it with me?! I am buying it today! I will start it the 25th. Let's become fit friends and give this a try together :)
