Restarted week 3 of PIYO and #100mileschallenge I took 4 days off to help repair my back. I am easing back into it with PIYO upper define and a 9 mile bike ride that was so relaxing! Get your Monday started off right!
With my back pain I have forced myself to rest! Nothing else is working so here I am, day 3 ... No working out and it completely sucks! I am giving myself till Monday I hopes I will be pain free! Then I am redoing week 3 of PIYO! It's crazy how I use to have to force myself to workout and now it feels like a punishment to not workout. Oh I miss you PIYO and running shoes :(
Hahaha had Golden Corral today and loved all the food and enjoyed a ice cream with caramel and whip topping :) It was worth every bite! Had gondolas from Avantis tonight for dinner. Now I feel like this .. Haha #treatday

So I had this wacky idea to ride my bike to the post office and back. Mind you I live in the country. I was so excited to see how many miles I went but look .., damn miles stopped at 1.04 but everything else kept going. Anywho...that was at least 14 miles! I'm going to drive it later to get exact mileage! My hammies and inner thighs are on fire! You can do anything your mind can dream! I was hurting and doubting my decision to go this far but I kept telling myself I could do it and I did! The only difference between me and you ... I believe I can do anything I set my mind too! Stop making excuses to why you think you can't do something and just try!!!! I may not be able to walk tomorrow but I did it!
