I have been fighting this damn bug for what feels like forever now but it's no excuse to brake my habit. So I did what I could to stay active to keep my healthy habit alive! Food prepping day! I am so excited to eat this! Veggie and bean stir fry. This only cost about $6 and it's enough food for everyday the next week. Yes I will eat it everyday and not get bored of it. It's one of my faves :) no meat necessary since broccoli and black beans make a complete protein. I prepped kids and hubby food too. They get venison tacos, chilli made with venison and because we don't eat perfect all the time, I made cheeseburger hamburger helper. Also made a pork roast with taters and green beans! Plan ahead so you can make healthy choices.
I took Friday and Saturday off from working out due to a bug creeping into my body. I enjoyed some candy and white starchy foods over the weekend. So today I decided to kick my butt and do Insanity Max Plyo! 55 minutes of craziness! Still have a sweet tooth so I made chocolate and peanut butter shakeology for my post workout fuel! So yummy!!! Did you workout today? Or is Sunday your rest day?

Today I chose to do PIYO Drench. I forgot how challenging that is but I love it! Here is one reason I love vanilla shakeology. No matter what I'm craving, I can add different ingredients each time so I never get bored. I wanted chocolate and peanut butter today so I just added cocoa to my shake. Now to clean this house! My days off work are not really days off! Lol have a wonderful Friday!

Today is food prep day! Here is tomorrow's meals! Salad loaded with romaine lettuce, broccoli slaw, cucumbers, green peppers, egg whites, almonds and grapes. Then dinner is ground turkey, steamed mixed veggies and pineapple! As always, snack is my fave Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, honey, banana and granola with sunflower seeds! Breakfast, as always is shakeology! I get home late from work and sometimes I'm really hungry. So my go to after work snack is Kashi cereal. #mealprepping
