Most of the time I think I'm the Incredible Hulk and I push myself to lift heavier, do more reps. If there's one thing I've learned from Amer, it's that you can't keep getting better if you don't know what muscles to engage to protect yourself from injury. He needs to remind of me this 10+ times before it sinks in. I've been suffering from some severe shoulder pain that has me hurting 24/7. After some active release, learning new stretches and correcting form, I was able to extend my arm all the way up. Facial expression says it all. Left, breathing through the pain. Right was super excited I could lift my arm. Also, he kicked my ass and now I can't feel my legs. Thanks @amerthehammer. Started off today's workout with 3km of hiit sprints. Running sucks. I hate it with a passion, but you just keep telling yourself one more round, you got this. Then something awesome happens. Your hate is replaced by motivation because you're going faster, feeling stronger and motivated to reach your goal.     @iwannashow_theworld it does really work. It acts like a brace, but allows for more movement. You can get it at CVS in the first aid section and then go to Kttape.com and it has all the instructional videos on how to put it on properly. You can also go to a sports therapist. They should know how to put it on for you too.

    @_nikisha_ No Frills. They have the 3L container for $3.97 right now. Some of them aren't quite ripe yet, but a few are.

    @oceansasleep it tastes kind of like a mix between milk and cream cheese. It is low in points - 2pts for half cup 2% cottage cheese. There is a 1%, but it's the same points for the same amount and doesn't taste quite as good. I really like it, but the cheese is in actual little bits, like cheese curds, so the texture can take a bit to get used to.

Been awhile since I posted. I needed an Instagram break to re-evaluate my goals and stop comparing myself to other people. My weight constantly fluctuates. Some weeks I'm on point and others I am completely out of control and I don't know what to do to re-gain that control. It's done a number on my confidence, so I needed to take a step back and make a list of what I want to accomplish by the end of the year. First, and foremost, acceptance of myself through the ups and downs. Second, get a handle on this binge eating. Three, focus on developing self confidence that isn't based on body image. I've still been hitting the gym 1-2x everyday and meal prepping my face off, I just needed a little "me" time. Hope all my Canadian friends are enjoying their holiday today.     we all been there I suppose, especially post competition when I have no goal ahead...I always eat healthy and workout but I can't control my portions when I don't have a goal :/ I gain 10kg sometimes but at least gaining that weight from clean stuff makes it easy loose.. I hope that helps knowing ur not alone and hey, ur Canadian, could there be anything better ;)

Recently I've received a lot of comments from people about "how much I eat". I get all sorts of things from disapproving looks to people telling me I'm going to get "fat" if I keep eating that way. First of all, how inappropriate. Second, how I choose to eat my 1200 calories everyday is my choice. If I want to have a 200 calorie donut for breakfast, you better believe I'm going to have it. At the end of the day, I still hit my 1200 calorie consumption with my macros on point. I strongly believe in the 70/30 mindset. 70% of the time, I make the more healthy choice, my food choices packed with nutrients, but 30% of the time I allow myself whatever I want as long as it fits my macros. This is the beauty of flexible dieting. I can still reach my goals eating exactly what I want whether it's broken into two larger meals or six mini meals. Rant over. Do what is right for you and don't compare yourself to anyone else.     @lilbraidz you have to tell them how to make it. Tomorrow as for 4 shots espresso, venti ice, three pumps sugar free vanilla, blended. Try it before you leave. I had one yesterday and the espresso was the strongest I've ever tasted so I threw in a touch of soy milk. Was good!
