6 is now 5!
It's crazy how life can be here one day and then the next it's gone! When they say we aren't promised tomorrow, it's true!
I don't know if you noticed but haven't posted or been on facebook (or any social media) within the past week because last Wednesday I found out that my brother had a heart attack and within less than 24 hrs, died!
My brother had diabetes and every time I spoke to him I would always ask, 'how's your eating you went for a walk you're exercising' And he would always say, I'm busy, I don't have time, I'm too old to workout, I can't do that, you does eat to healthy for me yes.
When my niece called me and told me the news I immediately couldn't catch my breath! I froze and broke down crying.
It's too soon! Why Did he feel alone, loved, what was the last thing I told him, did I say I love you, why didn't I call him when I said I was, was he happy.
I've been so numb, that I haven't worked out, been sleeping for 10 + hrs
a day after staying up every night past 2-3am and everyday I just sit in disbelief that he's no longer here and I cant facetime him, or hear his voice call me butt (that's my nick name) anymore.
I will miss you Mervyn. I love you! I pray that you're with mommy, daddy and aunty Phyllis. Happier where you are , no longer in pain. ๐

WORKOUT done!
One of the thousand reasons why I LOVE working out at home is I don't have to think or wonder " what workout I'm going to do today How many reps or weight should I use Does this really work the right muscle groups " It's all taken care of for me.
Just like my clients I train, don't have to stress about what exercises to do or what body part to work on that day, I enjoy the same freedom as a trainer.

This is Round 2 / Day 1 of sneak peek into what's coming NEW for 2018. We're prepping NOW for the New Year! ๐๐๐พ I love the fact that within 30 mins I worked my legs, butt, chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps.
Everyone always asks me " what exercises can I do to work my abs " This is it!
It's good to try new exercises and you don't always have to do crunches to target your abs. I DONT do anything extra or crunches for my abs.
