Progress is progress. My gym doesnā€™t go heavier than 125s. I shouldnā€™t be going heavier until I can hit 10 easy anyways šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Letā€™s talk about back! With back being one of the biggest muscle groups you can train itā€™s very important that you incorporate a variety of movements to be sure that you hit all of them. I personally have 2 back days. Both of them have some sort of rows and pull downs. Typically I only do deadlifts for 1 of the 2 but sometimes, if Iā€™m feeling froggy šŸ˜ Iā€™ll go ahead and do them 2 times. 1 day is heavy weight with 4 sets 6-8 reps per set and the other is volume, 12-15 reps along with supersets 4-5 sets.

Havenā€™t attempted anything over 315 since before My last prep. I was feeling good this morning so I said screw it throw on another plate letā€™s see how it goes. 405x3 Iā€™ll take it.
