Another successful 8 weeks of hard work and dedication to a new lifestyle from my client victor and look how great he looks. We were able to drop him 12lbs in the unwanted areas while still maintaining great size and leanness. So many people out there gauge their success in amount of LBS lost instead of the amount of confidence built.
But what do I mean by that Just because the scale doesn’t move as quick or as fast as you’d like it to doesn’t mean you aren’t making substantial process. Everyone’s body goals are so extremely different, and solely basing your results on a number and not a feeling is why most people give up. I have some clients who lose crazy amounts of weight and I have clients who lose less weight but build a ton of muscle. Does that mean ones better than the other HELL NO. progress is progress and how confident you feel in your OWN skin.

So extremely proud of the progress she continues to make week after week. 9 times out of 10 when a new client comes to me their biggest issue almost always is their Nutrition. I can’t stress to you enough the importance of a well balanced diet & having consistency day in and day out when tracking your macros. You should never not have good balance in the most important areas of key macros (CARBS/FATS/PROTEIN)

So my boy @askmrsavage has been in the gym consistently for years but the inconsistency in his nutrition has always hindered his overall progress. He is not alone. The most difficult part of this lifestyle is the lack of education and knowledge for the human body and what’s needed to get your body in the best shape possible.
I’ve been dieting him for 45 days now implementing my techniques of flexible dieting into his regimen and he is dropping body fat while still maintaining his size & strength. So if you saw my story the other day, you saw a quick little clip of me spotting Krystyna while she was squatting. I had thought she had fully racked the weight only to realize it didn’t rack in completely! 😣My instinct mode to just do whatever needed to make sure the bar didn’t hurt her kicked in and in the process because of how I reached for it, I ended up slightly straining the peak of my bicep 😭
