    Thanks to everyone for your support! The truth is, anybody can do this if you follow the system, and work meticulously at your diet. I was eating Awful, and getting heavy quick. Devins program turned everything around for me. I followed the system to a "T" and had the dedication to not even eat 1 cheat meal in 30 days! Physically, it was one of the hardest things I have ever accomplished. Now, to all the fake body builders and guys that clearly juice and have skinny chicken legs that commented in this post how "it can't possibly be real".......lol. Losers. Everyone hates when you achieve something. I just hope people considering this program don't listen to haters. If you believe you can do this, you WIlLL. It is simple as that. Dedication is what gets you there, perseverance gets you through it. Obviously weak people hate, because they aren't willing to work for anything!!! Good luck to all those who enter this challenge. #mealprep Say it with me, "Nutrition is the key to everything both in and out of the gym." I'm not gonna bullshit you, I eat a lot of damn food on a daily basis. I do that because I'm trying to build lean muscle, and maintain an aesthetic look on a daily basis. Those two things combined are not easy, but I do what I need to do in order to look my very best. Here's a shot of a couple days worth of food for my meal prep, everything is portioned out for each meal. This takes away any "guessing game" of what I'm going to eat. Everything I do is also structured, because if you're structured, you're less likely to get off track, and you're less likely to fail. Each meal is broken down by ounces and grams, and also seasoned with @FlavorGod. Because let's face it, bland chicken, potatoes taste like shit, so Flavor God is a must. Also, I drink over a gallon of water per day. Your body NEEDS water to carry nutrients throughout your body every hour, so drink up ladies and gentleman. Oh and to answer a common question on my page, no I don't drink hard alcohol or beer ever, if it doesn't benefit me, it's not going in my body. Need meal plan help? #MADNESS Today was crazy, so thankful to have so many of you show up to watch our team train. Pure motivation for our entire @Shredz crew to do what we love and give tips and tricks for the weight room. This is what it's all about right here, giving back to those who have been so supportive since we started three years ago. Remember if you want to succeed, you have to surround yourself with like minded individuals that share that passion and hunger to make it to the top. Remember it's not about YOU, it's about US, and what WE can do to build a better community. A community without judgments, and without hatred. Brandon has been training for a lot longer than I have, and his knowledge is crazy. Always look around and ask questions about what you're currently pursuing. Information is all over the place, the key is to find it, and soak it in. I wouldn't be where I am today without those who are around me. It's also okay to open up and give yourself to someone that means a lot. @CarynNicole and I have been together a while, and we choose to keep most of what's between us, between US. Don't just look for a special person, look for a partner in crime, a partner for life. Wait for that someone you can open up to, be yourself with, and someone that will challenge you and push you to be someone better than you were before. Understand that everything happens for a reason, sometimes current relationships don't work out, because better relationships are waiting for you on the other side. Be patient, be kind, and always put your best foot forward every day. #RideOrDie

One way I've found success is by not putting all of my energy into another person, because that's never a good idea. Put your energy into you, and then someday someone with come along and compliment your life. Everyone wants someone who's loyal and willing to put in the effort, we often forget that in order to get that person, we have to be that person.
