Many people don't understand that working for reps and building up to that max creates that leeway. The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will. I'm not just a bodybuilder, I'm a young man on a mission to change the world and help other people realize their value and what they are capable of. I know what it's like to be broke, unemployed, and depressed. I also know what it's like to dig yourself out of that dark place and find your purpose. If I can chase my dreams, and actually live them, so can you. All it takes is a crazy work ethic, and a belief within yourself. - Everything in life happens for a reason, remember to just stay positive as much as you can regardless of your circumstances. Dark days don't last forever, and if you believe you are meant for bigger things, then those bigger things await you. I hope all of you have an amazing day today, and travel safely wherever you're going for the holidays.

Some days I train in the afternoon, other times in the evening, and sometimes bright and early. I'm always keeping my body on point and making sure my meals are my top priority. Some of you are trying to get big, and the best way to do that is EAT everything you can and LIFT HEAVY. If you're new to the lifting game check out the supps I use. I take the @Shredz fat burner, test booster, and multivitamins every damn day. Remember that it's all about consistency. You're going to get out what you put in.   • I'm 6 feet tall and 185 pounds. I have always had trouble distinguishing when the best time to do cardio. I lift heavy 3 times a week and i try to do cardio a minimum of 2 times a week. I want to burn fat so i can make my abs show but maintain muscle. any advice? @devinphysique

@FlavorGod Braised Short Rib Tacos! Seasoned the tacos with the @FlavorGod 'everything' and Garnished them with onions, cilantro, lime juice, radish and my favorite hot sauce. Here's the recipe for making the meat! Ingredients: โ— 5 lbs - beef short ribs (grass fed) โ— 2 - brown onions, large chopped โ— 2 - carrots, large chopped โ— 2 - celery ribs, large chopped โ— 1 cup - red wine โ— 20oz - beef stock โ— 6 oz - tomato paste โ— 1 large - bay leaf โ— 1 sprig fresh - rosemary โ— 3 fresh sprigs of - thyme โ— sea salt and black pepper โ— #FlavorGod Everything seasoning, as needed โ— 2 tbs. - ghee butter, as needed for searing beef. Directions: 1. In a large skillet heat 2 tablespoon ghee butter on high heat on stove until it moves and shimmers like water. Should be very hot. 2. Sprinkle beef short ribs with sea salt and pepper on all sides. 3. Sear ribs on all sides until browned. Sear ribs in batches until they are all done. Do not overcrowd pot or they will steam instead of sear. 4. Reserve ribs on a plate and lower temperature on stove top to medium. 5. Add vegetables ( onion, celery, carrot) and tomato paste, stir frequently until tomato paste smells sweet and fragrant. About 7-10 minutes. 6. Add wine and deglaze the bottom of the pot. This means scrape the bottom of the pot with a non metal spoon until all of the browned bits from the ribs are removed and mixed into the sauce. 7. Add beef stock 8. Add the short ribs, rosemary, thyme, and bay leaf. 9. Add 2 tablespoons #flavorgod everything 10. Place lid on pot or aluminum foil if lid is not available. 11. One comment by one of my friends 4 years ago changed my entire life. I was called anorexic, and I took that really hard. Instead of being miserable and depressed, I did something about how I felt. I got my ass up, I ate everything I could get my hands on, and I got in the damn gym. Screw what everyone else says about you, this isn't about them, this is about YOU, and what YOU are going to do, to change your life and make an impact on the society we live in. PLEASE READ Okay straight up, let me just say a few things about our generation and this whole social media obsession with MCM and WCW. First and foremost, people only post what they want you to see. I know people who have never posted their significant other, and they have THE BEST relationship. I also know people who post the person they are dating quite often, and they fight all the time. It's hilarious to me when people break up and start new relationships every other month and they just HAVE to show the world who they are with. Want to avoid the drama? Keep your private life just that, private. The key factors to any relationship lasting a long time are ACTIONS, COMMUNICATION, and RESPECT. If you're dating someone, and they tell you "why don't you post me on your page?" You should tell them, "my private life and my relationship with you is between YOU and ME, not complete strangers on Instagram." Now, of course if someone is special to you, show them they are by introducing them to REAL people that actually matter in your life like your friends and family. Treat them with respect, show them you care every day by doing nice things for them, if being an amazing boyfriend or girlfriend isn't enough outside of social media, kindly show them the door and let them walk.

#GAINZZZ Just ended my mid morning workout, and now I'm eating my ideal post workout meal. The key to a great post workout meal is eating fast acting carbs and good protein. For example right here I'm eating 6 ounces of ground turkey, and 1 cup of white rice. If you're lifting every day and working out, you need to give your body the RIGHT kind of fuel to get the best results. Some of you also struggle with "eating clean," I'm not bullshitting you when I tell you that @FlavorGod seasoning makes ALL the difference when eating healthy. It's not fun eating bland food and veggies, and I've been using #FlavorGod for over a year now, and it's been a life saver.
