#doyouevenflexibledietBRO PLEASE READ! So my Shredz teammate decides to continue bashing people on social media like myself who flexible diet. In his daily rants he explains that he thinks eating and drinking certain foods like candy, energy drinks and other forms of food are wrong and not beneficial to the human body. He also thinks that by doing so he's setting a bad example for other people. This was his opinion, and there's nothing wrong with having one, however in several of his posts he is displaying himself eating the very foods he is BASHING (sour patch kids, donuts, in n out etc.). Sounds like a hypocrite if you ask me or maybe he is just starving for people to like him. Counting macros aka "flexible dieting" is not a diet it's a counting system that gives you pin point accuracy to your nutrition, and I'm here to remind you that EVERYTHING IS IN MODERATION. I don't eat "junk food all day" that would never fit my marcos and I would never look like this by doing that. I recently introduced @brandonmichaelfit to the flexible dieting ways and he can vouch for himself in saying this is hands down the best he has ever looked and felt. I've done every kind of diet possible, I've eaten clean for an entire two months without one cheat meal. Did I see results by doing that? Yes. Was I happy? Fuck no. I skipped out on eating at restaurants with my family. I wasn't able to enjoy myself at all at any time because I was on a "strict" diet. Now I can enjoy what I eat using MyFitnessPal. Which I will be doing an entire YouTube video explaining how to use this APP as well as the benefits to it. IT DOES NOT MEAN that I eat junk food and shit all day, what it does mean however is that I can incorporate different kinds of foods into my daily routine to keep my body on point, and keep my MIND (which is THE MOST IMPORTANT) stimulated and my emotions happy. I'm not eating chicken and rice all day anymore. I'm incorporating burgers, candy, donuts and other foods I love from time to time in MODERATION. Now, I understand some of you are opposed to flexible dieting and that's fine. At the end of the day you should do what MAKES YOU HAPPY and do what YOU are comfortable with.

#THEDEDICATED Got a fresh cut this morning from my boy @aj_barber_dtsa at his shop. Aj is a veteran from the United States Military and runs a barbershop here in the OC. Anytime I need a cut, he's got me, no questions asked. It's his work ethic that separates him from the rest. Glad to call this guy family. I appreciate and respect people who put in the hours to perfect their craft. Whether it's lifting weights, cutting hair, or flipping burgers, if you put in the work to be the best you can be, good things will happen to you. But I was completely committed to working out to prove to myself that I could do anything. Almost 5 years ago I started my grind in the gym, and I haven't looked back since. I chose this lifestyle because I saw the potential, I had a vision of the life I wanted, and the body I wanted. I put in the countless hours, and I don't regret any decision I ever made. Yeah I lost friends, yeah I skipped parties, I skipped the clubs, I even skipped vacations to stay on track of my goals. It all comes down to just how bad you want it. How hard are you willing to work to achieve what it is you want to? How much sweat are you willing to give in the gym? If your answer is anything but "whatever it takes," you don't want it bad enough. I earned this shit, you can too if you give yourself 100%. Take the opinions of others and shove them up their asses, put your headphones in, and just fucking go to work. NEVER SATISFIED ALWAYS HUNGRY!

I pictured my goals years ago, and I didn't tell anyone what they were, because no one would understand or help me achieve them. I just kept my head down, kept my headphones in, and put my a$$ to work. After a while, results started to happen, and that's when the fun started. Strengthen your chest for better size gains What is the function of the chest? If you don’t know EXACTLY what each muscle does, you aren’t going to be able to optimize your training. The pec attaches at the sternum and the top of the humerus. Its job is to move the upper arm toward the mid line of the body. This is why locking out on the bench press is necessary for the best pec contraction, but it can wreak havoc on your elbows if you’re not careful. Once you understand the chest’s function, start thinking about your form, training style, and periodizing your training to reach your goals as fast as possible. Using the strongman log is a good way to practice keeping your elbows tucked to your sides, and will force you to bring the bar lower on your chest for a more effective bar path and prevent elbow flare, which puts your shoulders in a vulnerable position. Once you get that down, you should plan your training so that you have 4-6 week microcycles of hypertrophy, strength, and power workouts. Strengthen your chest for better size gains

What is the function of the chest? If you don’t know EXACTLY what each muscle does, you aren’t going to be able to optimize your training. The pec attaches at the sternum and the top of the humerus. Its job is to move the upper arm toward the mid line of the body. This is why locking out on the bench press is necessary for the best pec contraction, but it can wreak havoc on your elbows if you’re not careful.

Once you understand the chest’s function, start thinking about your form, training style, and periodizing your training to reach your goals as fast as possible. Using the strongman log is a good way to practice keeping your elbows tucked to your sides, and will force you to bring the bar lower on your chest for a more effective bar path and prevent elbow flare, which puts your shoulders in a vulnerable position.

Once you get that down, you should plan your training so that you have 4-6 week microcycles of hypertrophy, strength, and power workouts. Hypertrophy will grow your muscles, strength will allow you to handle heavier weights, and power will help you move weight faster and improve muscle activation for when you cycle back into the other two phases.

    All he did was lose weight. He was already big. He basically just lost some weight so his muscles showed more...that can be achieved with diet and exercise easily in a month
