Cleared out everything on the seated chest thingy majiggy for 3 not so pretty reps. But I actually did it, hooomy goodness 😁😁 On a side not, I actually did accessory work today and it was weird af...lol
After 9 days of not going to the gym and lifting anything I was able to work up to a triple (obviously the 3rd rep didnt make the cut) of 309lbs/140kg. Ill try to deload a bit more this week lol #ProtectTheNest #KAKARavens #RavensBadminton

You know when you have that powerlifter mentality you rarely look at the "aesthetics" lol (shoutout to @muhdusa). All you really want to do is go to the gym and get stronger and eat a lot and avoid doing accessories at all costs (lol. When know I should though). But after doing deadlifts ive seen huge results. Not just in gains but also in mental focus. What im trying to say is. Im just writing this on the way to my 8am class and im sorta late for it LOL k bye.
When you're like "YAAA...nope". First time not taking preworkout in ages. It was a much slower workout with definitely less weight. My mom lowkey was like "you've been relying on caffeine too much" and im like "ya i know fam" LOL #newyearimprovedme
