Yoga is beautiful. Yoga challenges you mentally and physically. Stretching and circulation help the body when building muscles. As you tighten up your muscles with weights, you also need loosen them up with stretching to contribute to a nice toned figure. Go get 'em!
When girls ask me for fitness tips, this is what they are really asking for Lol. I get it. However, you need to work on the entire body and your (genetically) desired shape will happen. Please don't concern yourself with what everyone is doing, set small goals and the rest will happen.

Many people struggle with doing tricks with jump ropes. This is not a complex trick but for those who have asked, here is how it looks in slow motion, time yourself, pace your jump, and be confident you will not beat yourself up with the rope.
