➑️So many people try to find external motivation, motivational quotes, etc.... but that stuff isn't going to last you your entire life. You need to find that motivation within yourself. That motivation is going to bring you to the gym on the days you don't want to come, that motivation is going to keep you on the path you want to stay on. Not every day you are going to find that external motivation you are searching for, so what do you do? Are you just going to give up? Are you going to quit? You need to find that power within yourself, so that you can stay strong on days you feel weak. Find YOUR motivation, your WHY.

Wanna lose weight? LIFT.
Wanna burn more calories? LIFT.
Wanna get stronger? LIFT HEAVIER.

Gotta make modifications if your gym doesn't have the set up πŸ‘Œ
➑️These are called Seal Rows. Similar to barbell/dumbbells rows, but taking our body out of it and isolating the back.. and these will light your back UUPPP! If you don't have a raised bench (or a decline ab bench you can raise up), take 2 big bumper plates and put them under each side of your bench! We need the height off the ground to get a better ROM. If you have a raised bench, give them a go!!!! You'll be feeling it tmrw πŸ™ŒπŸ’ͺ

πŸ™TIME FOR THE FIX! If hip/glute pain starts to happen when squatting, deadlifts, lunges, leg press (any leg motion really) - you need to warm up. Leg swings, circular leg motions, bw squats, hip openers/general stretching, etc.. WILL HELP YOU. BUT, let's say warm ups aren't enough OR you want to target your glute muscles more ORRR if your hips only hurt on a certain lifts ➑️ time to add BANDS!

πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈBANDS can help you warm up AND add more pressure to the targeted muscles (whether to get them activated or for added burn). Thanks to @albeba.bands for sending their pack to try! I use them on leg press AND on my clients when they need their muscles activated. Clients have LOVED them πŸ™Œ. Give bands a try! DARE YA to put a band slightly above your knee on leg press, lunges side to side, or squatting. Once you do it, you'll KNOW πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
