Loyal A.Y.W.F. members, We're excited to announce our Group fitness calendar!
Below we have attached the Challenge Camps we'll be offering in July and the scheduled times you'll be able to take advantage of these awesome fitness groups. As you may've already heard, we have gotten a new location at Ace Your Waist Fitness, in effort to provide you all with an opportunity to increase your fitness level, and get in the best shape of your lives with us through group training as well as personal training.
Included in our July class rotation will be:
Gladiator Training Camp- this class is a combination of strength, endurance, cardiovascular training, and muscle building in a functional format.
Boxing Boot Camp- this group fitness class is centered around boxing conditioning for stamina and cardiovascular endurance and strength. Major calories are burned using boxing style work outs.
Squats No Shots- this is all about working the glutes and legs to sculpt the perfect lower body. This is the class that will definitely tone the thighs while rounding your glutes to perfection.
Ab Sculpting- this is a core training class. This will focus on and cardiovascular strength and endurance. We will do exercises that enhance your complete core, tone and define your abdominal wall while getting rid of layers of fat that cover it!
Also, we're happy to present our special featured Self Defense class, which will be run by former Deputy Sheriff and Personal Trainer, Jeff Germany.

Intensity Levels: Beginner - Advanced *Gladiator Challenge Camps & *Speed Training are advanced.
